David Hance

My family discovered the San Juan Islands when I was a child in 1980, and I’ve been part of the community ever since.  I graduated from Orcas Island High and pursued higher education in Oregon where I received an Engineering degree from Oregon State University and an MBA from George Fox.  My background in engineering and project management has taught me strong skills in problem solving, critical thinking, and detail focus that serve my clients well.  I love the island lifestyle and helping clients realize or maximize their island dreams brings me great joy.  If you are looking to buy or sell in the San Juan Islands, or just want to share fishing or scuba diving stories, please contact me.  I’d love to put my skills and deep roots to work for all your island life dreams.
